1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using justgo.to, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our short-linking, smart routing, or QR code services.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

You are solely responsible for all links, redirection rules, and QR codes generated under your account. You agree NOT to use our service for:

• Phishing, malware distribution, or executing social engineering campaigns.
• Spamming, bulk unsolicited email distribution, or SMS abuse.
• Hosting or linking to illegal materials or child exploitation content.
• Attempting to bypass our system limitations or disrupt edge servers.

We reserve the right to ban accounts and disable redirect links instantly and without notice if an acceptable use violation is detected.

3. Workspace Billing & Subscription

Some features (smart routing rules, advanced A/B testing, and click telemetry charts) require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed per-workspace, and you agree to pay all associated fees. You can cancel your subscriptions at any time.

4. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as-is" and "as available". We do not guarantee unbroken redirection uptime, but we work tirelessly to keep our sub-ms edge forwarding architecture active and redundant.
